Twin Line Velo takes it off-trail … with snowshoes … and WINS.

On Saturday, Twin Line Velo’s Ronan Cahill and Mike Deats, along with life-long runner Ralph Merzbach ventured out to Black Creek Park to compete in the annual Cast-A-Shadow 6-hour snowshoe relay.

Cahill reports: “6 hours, 3 people, 40.5 total miles, 3 sets of snowshoes and the WIN! Previous experience running in snowshoes...none."

Check out the photos below to get a feel for the day!

  1. Deats looks soooo small in that last pic! No wonder he's climbing so well these days.

  2. Great job guys! Does this mean TLV is going to start doing running races too. Another team turns to the multisport "dark side" haha. Really though congrats!!! Impressive win in what is always a tough race.

There is a 10k in Churchville (come hang out in my neck of the woods) this Saturday at 10am... just saying
